know linux for first time

when i in senior high school 3rd grade, our lecture want us to make an paper about networking. as we know, we made a paper about networking for windows based, couse in the class we only got all about windows. :D

when we almost finish the paper, the teacher said "try to find out how to build a network using linux". thanks god, our labs connected to the internet, so we can start to find it out in time :)

but "linux" is a new thing in our mind, what is it, how its look, we doesnt know at all. just pick an artikel than paste it into our paper without know it will work or not. 

yeah, that my first time know "linux" just know it name, never seen the real. :D
